Azimut 68 FLY

The latest model of the Azimut Yachts Flybridge collection didn't make its debut at the Miami Boat Show: it already had its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2021. Nonetheless, it surely turned heads at the major boat and yacht show.

The new model of the Flybridge collection is a 68 ft 10 in (20,98 m) yacht designed around the desires and needs of nowadays owners, who constantly demand better solutions in this smaller boat segment.

Achille Salvagni designed its interior in three elegant layouts to meet different onboard lifestyles, whereas Alberto Mancini, inspired by car design, modernized its exterior surfaces with sharper cleaner lines. Plus, the design of the hull has been optimized for better performance and cruising satisfaction.

The 68 Azimut Fly is a very efficient vessel with a special focus on sustainability. The extensive use of carbon fiber in the yacht’s topside (superstructure, hardtop, and some areas of the deck) helps reduce fuel consumption, making it a more environmentally friendly watercraft.

Oceanis 34.1

The new 35 ft (10.77 m) Oceanis 34.1 from renowned boat builder Beneteau is the ideal holiday boat for sailing lovers and adventure seekers. With unique design by naval architect Marc Lombard, the Oceanis 34.1, the 7th-generation Oceanis range, is a sleeker and lighter vessel with plenty of interior space, more sail area and space in the bow for better performance and memorable days on the water.

A new deck layout offers maximum comfort and onboard safety when people onboard move around the boat, take the helm, or are anchored, while living onboard. Besides, its uncluttered cockpit is ideal for relaxation, with the lack of a backstay making it easy to get to the aft swim platform.

The ropes for the halyard and the furling system are carefully placed forward of the cockpit, whereas on each side there is a winch that helps the helmsman set the foresails. The Oceanis 34.1 comes equipped with a basic suit of sails including a 334-square foot mainsail and a 197-square-foot-jib, however, owners can add a 280-square foot genoa, as well as extra winches and a bowsprit to keep the downwind sails attached.

NAUTA Design's interiors are elegant and contemporary with walnut or light oak finishes, and there is an intelligent use of space. Despite being a compact vessel, the Oceanis 34.1 can come in a three-cabin layout (master forward stateroom and twin cabins aft), whilst in the salon, two more crew members can sleep in a pinch, and a designed chart table with folding top can be converted into two extra single berths. Moreover, the deck hatches and many hull and roof portholes fill the interior with natural light and ventilation, making the vessel exceptionally bright. It is the perfect boat for a couple or a small family out on coastal cruising due to its maximum comfort, easiness of use, and bright well ventilated interior.
