In the last few years, Boatim has undergone many changes, both product and company-wise. As our company keeps growing, we are faced with some challenges: more space for desks, meeting rooms, and common areas was one of them.
Committed to listening to our employees’ voices to build a deeper correlation between their engagement and company success, we decided to adopt a hybrid work model, in which our employees were given the freedom to choose where to work from. As a number of us still prefer to work in a physical office where we could meet on a regular basis, we decided to move to a bigger office not far from our previous one. By embracing flexibility, one of the major work-life balance pillars, we expect engagement and collaboration between teams to increase.
We are still located in the Barceloneta district of Barcelona but closer to the coastline, in an expansion of the Port of Barcelona, next to the stunning W Barcelona Hotel.

The Barceloneta Capital Beach and the beautiful Marina Vela, the first Dry-Stack Marina in Europe with 130 moorings capacity and delicious gastronomic and leisure possibilities, are only a few minutes away.

You will be able to find our new seaside office at Monday Barceloneta, a spacious, modern, and welcoming co-working space both for employees and guests. Since we have moved here, we have already started welcoming new members to our growing team.
