Mr. Johnson has spent his career working both as an executive and legal counsel with start-up, early growth, and turnaround companies. He is a seasoned and international executive, business consultant, and attorney. His nomination follows a months-long worldwide search for a new CEO to be at the helm of the ship. When not at work, you can find Joseph Johnson wherever water is—surfing, boating, swimming, or just enjoying the view of his native California.
